Per Rick Orlov, City Council candidate Christine Essel will go with John Shallman as consultant, Tom Berman as campaign manager and John Fairbank and Jonathan Brown of Fairbank Maslin Maullin & Associates to do the polling. Shallman ran Wendy Greuel's original election in the 2nd district and in the Controller's race this year, as well as the campaign of Carmen Trutanich.
