Regardie's players to watch in '10

Downtown News editor Jon Regardie's list of political players to keep an eye on in 2010 is pretty obvious in slots one through four: Antonio Villaraigosa, Carmen Trutanich, Wendy Greuel and Ramon Cortines. It's number five where he branches out.

The next regularly scheduled Los Angeles mayoral election is not until 2013, but talk is already bubbling over who will enter the race to succeed Villaraigosa....A list of who is contemplating running would be too long to print, so put it this way: That person you just thought of? At this point they’re not saying no.
