KTLA's Frank Buckley returns from Japan, gets checked for radiation *

Channel 5 morning anchor Frank Buckley flew home to Los Angeles from Japan tonight, reluctantly he says, and tweeted that there's a new addition to the customs procedure:

Just landed at LAX from Japan. All passegers wanded for radiation by US Customs.

I wonder what they do if you test positive? Earlier in the day, Buckley had tweeted from Japan:

Reluctantly leaving Japan after Morning News Wed.Too many questions about radiation. Don't think there's a huge risk but I'm not an expert.

* 3/17 update: The LAT asked officials about the screening, got a little info. Cargo contaminated with radiation will be denied entry, the paper says.

Also in media and radiation: "Marketplace" anchor Kai Ryssdal tweeted, "9-year-old tonight: Dad, is that stuff in Japan going to come to us?"
