'SoCal Connected' moves earlier in the night

KCET is switching up the air times of its nightly news show. Starting Monday, SoCal Connected will air first at 5:30 p.m. then repeat at 10 p.m. "Rick Steves' Europe" is going into the old time slot on Monday, with various shows in the prime time hours the rest of the week.
