Possible finale of 'Southland' shoots Friday at LAPD headquarters *

Friday update below.

I'm told that what could be the final episode of the television drama Southland will shoot tomorrow morning in front of the Police Administration Building. Chief Charlie Beck is supposed to make a quick cameo appearance sometime between 11 a.m. and noon, per my source. Many of the gritty police show's cast members are expected to be on hand. Southland is in its fifth season on TNT but no announcement has been made about coming back for season six. "Southland," if you don't watch, centers on four main characters who depict LAPD officers and is shot on location around Los Angeles.

Friday: The actual shoot was moved to outside the former headquarters, Parker Center, due to an unscripted protest.
