Fox 11's Julie Chang announces she has a brain tumor

Julie Chang is the entertainment news anchor on Fox 11's "Good Day LA" who joined the show about a year ago from New York. Longtime host Steve Edwards read a statement today in which Change says a surfboard accident led to a CT scan that led to discovery of a brain tumor. She is having surgery and intends to return soon.
