Gas keeps falling

Plentiful supplies and flat demand explain the fourth straight week of price declines. An average gallon of regular in the L.A. area is $2.869 per gallon, down 6.3 cents from last week, according to the Auto Club's latest report. Prices are especially low for a July, which is normally the peak of the summer driving season.
