With ocean water temps on the rise as well as the warmer days and nights, we in Malibu are grappling with a new phenomenon -- humidity. This morning the gauge reads 80 percent, and the clouded sky, panting dogs and sticky children all point to that being accurate. So let's turn the dial up to 100 percent and visit the past for some actual rain.
