Howard names a successor

Howard Stern said on the air Monday that his Los Angeles replacement on FM 97.1 will be comic Adam Carolla, but the people at Infinity Broadcasting, who would have to hire him, aren't talking. Neither is Carolla. If Stern is right, rocker David Lee Roth will take over the show in New York, and Carolla will broadcast on the West Coast. Carolla co-hosts "Loveline" with Dr. Drew Pinsky and used to host Comedy Central's "The Man Show."
