The Pacifica FM station in town has found out who the new interim general manager will be: it's Jim Lafferty, executive director of the National Lawyers Guild in Los Angeles and long-time host of KPFK's "The Lawyer's Guild Show." But for now, outgoing general manager Eva Georgia is still in command and feuding with the staff. Station staffer Jonathan Alexander was suspended last week after sending out to the staff the latest Marc Cooper column in the LA Weekly critical of Georgia's controversial tenure. Tense exchange of emails cc'd to the entire staff of KPFK follows after the jump:
