On "Which Way, L.A.?" at 7 p.m. on KCRW, they examine whether Jerry Brown or Meg Whitman can deliver on campaign promises to reduce California's 12% unemployment rate. And by the way, the dulcet tones of Jennifer Ferro asking for money all week during KCRW's pledge drive are certainly a change from Ruth Seymour's, uh, famously less-dulcet tones. (What does dulcet mean, anyway?)
