Channel 4 will pre-empt "Law and Order, Special Victims Unit" on Thursday night to air a one-hour special, "Manifesto for Murder: The Hunt for Christopher Dorner." Airtime is 10 p.m. They will use a lot of the video footage from the past week and, per NBC4, "walk our viewers though a step by step of the six day manhunt and complicated investigation that accompanied the whole ordeal. [Anchor] Colleen Williams will cover Dorner’s first critical mistakes, the search parties and examine if complications could have occurred because of the many agencies involved." The special will also look at media coverage. Reporter Ana Garcia will look into elemenrts of Dorner's life such as his tax records, homeownership and source of income.
