Zagat is out with top L.A. restaurants

urasawa.jpgMore than 18,000 people voted in the 2013 survey - and despite L.A.'s reputation as a backwater restaurant town, lots of folks are going out. Angelenos surveyed go out to eat an average of 3.5 times per week, compared with NY (3.0) and SF (2.9). Service is still listed as the biggest gripe.
