Arianna off the air, out of LAT

In her guest host stint for Kittle Felde today on KPCC, Patt Morrison's first call-in guest was Arianna Huffington. But candidate Huffington is losing her weekly spot alongside her good buddy Robert Scheer on KCRW's Left, Right and Center. General manager Ruth Seymour tells Steve Carney in tomorrow's L.A. Times (subscription req'd) that Huffington will be "on hiatus" at least through the recall election.

"You can't have somebody who's running for office having a platform every week, without having every other candidate — and God knows how many there will be," Seymour said

Huffington's syndicated column that runs in the Times is also being suspended.

Update 4:53 p.m.: Michael Huffington endorses Schwarzenegger and says his kids didn't want either Mom or Dad to run.
