Will this make it harder for us conservatives to whine about liberal bias at NPR?

Posted by: Luke Ford at May 20, 2004 03:11 PM

One only hopes....

Not that adding one Right-leaning voice would matter. In most folk's mind's, NPR remains the bastion of the latte-sipping left, offending both black-as-their-men coffee-slurping conservatives, hot cocoa-swilling libertarians and most camomille-quaffing hard-core leftists, for all sorts of different reasons.

Right. But the important thing is to not whine about it.

Posted by: Matt Welch at May 20, 2004 05:27 PM

But there's nothing wrong with a good whine. Especially one from the Paso Robles region. Oops. Pardon me. Yes, the media political bias folks would be well-served if they cut it out.

Rishawn, I drink chai or regular coffee, thank you very much.

Congrats Rob!

Rob said they'd hired a couple of other commentators besides him. Weren't they mentioned in the press release?

Posted by: Cathy Seipp at May 20, 2004 11:24 PM

Uh, yes. Guess you missed the full rundown, couple of posts above this one, posted at 6:30. Link
