He removes a small packet of photos from his coat pocket and hands them to Napolitano, who leafs through. They're pictures of the mayor and Celeste together from the other night. Not explicit but intimate. Napolitano taking off his tie, his shoes... Celeste in a robe with her hand on his chest. Him with a drink, her head on his shoulder.

NAPOLITANO
Where'd you get these?
OMAR
That's the night her husband was murdered. Maybe you're the one who set that up. Sure looks that way.
NAPOLITANO
This doesn't mean anything.
OMAR
Sure it does. It means if these pictures ever hit YouTube, you ain't gonna have the juice to get your little choo-choo going. And that'll cost you a truckload of dough from your developer friends, am I right?
NAPOLITANO
No, you're very wrong.
OMAR
Well, I got my hands on some papers that say different.
NAPOLITANO
What do you want?
OMAR
See? Now we're dealing. That ain’t so hard, is it?

Omar watches another car roll by. In the b.g., SIRENS are
approaching. He's getting antsy.

OMAR
Take your shoe off. Let's move.

Napolitano removes his remaining shoe and sock and places
them neatly under a hedge, as --

OMAR
First off, you can have Queenie back as soon you agree to my terms.
NAPOLITANO
That's good, Omar. That's smart.

As they cross Pacific and enter an empty parking lot --
