NAPOLITANO
Where the hell did you come from?
CELESTE
I'm in deep. You've got to help me. I asked Hendricks to bring you here... to make sure you were alone.

She touches his shoulder, and he tries not to like it.

CELESTE
Russ, I'm scared.
NAPOLITANO
Is there some reason you didn't call me directly?
CELESTE
Don't be angry with me. You have no idea what I've been through.

Hendricks, who's been busying himself tidying up, shoots Napolitano a disapproving glance.

CELESTE
I came because I wanted to see Larry. I didn't know if you could talk. You haven't exactly been available lately.
NAPOLITANO
I've been looking for you.
CELESTE
I had to run. Rachel's trying to frame me for Larry's murder.
NAPOLITANO
Why would she do that?
CELESTE
I don’t know. She’s been angry ever since we cut her off financially. Larry found out she was donating all of her money to The Order.
NAPOLITANO
Rachel’s in The Order?
CELESTE
She had me taken from my home so she could plant evidence. I barely escaped.

She holds out her raw and blistering wrists. Napolitano, softening, takes them and holds them gently.
